CAC WEIGHT ROOM HOURS
Northeast Iowa Community College (NICC) students, faculty and staff can use the Cougar Athletics Center (CAC) weight room at no cost during hours of operation—Monday-Friday, 6 am - 9 pm/Weekends, 8 am - Noon. Visitors must sign in at the front desk whenever they visit.
The CAC weight room comes equipped with six squat racks, dumbbells ranging from 5 to 75 pounds, deadlift areas with hex trap bars, adjustable cable and lat pull/row machines and one automatic and two self-propelled treadmills.
Locker rooms and showers are available for use when you're working out.
