Driven by a passion for competitive gaming and development, Montana serves as the Assistant Esports Coach for the NICC Cougars. He supports team operations, individual performance growth and strategic gameplay refinement. With a background in video games and coaching youth sports, Montana brings in a newly charged excitement for Esports in the Calmar area.
Dedicated to creating a positive and high-performance environment, he helps bridge the gap between players and the head coach, Verrick Foust, helping translate strategic goals into actionable, game-ready tactics. Whether it’s breaking down video gameplay, coordinating scrimmages or offering one-on-one mentorship, he is committed to building a culture of growth, accountability and competitive excellence.
